Estate Issues

Estate Planning

We often are asked by people if they need a will? The answer is almost always, yes. Whether you have lots of assets or very few, you probably need a will. If you don’t have a will a state statute decides how your assets are distributed.

You might have a complex estate that requires a trust. You might be in need of a power of attorney or what’s commonly referred to as a living will (health care directive). If you need any of these, give us a call for a free consultation.

Probate an Estate

If you need to probate an estate of someone that has a will, we can help. You’ll need the original copy of the will and a copy of the death certificate. If you can’t find the original copy, don’t worry. We can help you navigate that as well. If your relative died without a will, you can still probate their estate. Call us today for a free consultation.
