I was born in Anniston, Alabama. I attended the University of Alabama on a golf scholarship. I also attended the University of Alabama School of Law. I began my practice in 2008.
I handle cases for clients that have been been injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and trucking or 18-wheeler accidents. Every client’s injury matters. Every client deserves to maximize the value of their case. Our firm also handles wrongful death cases for families who have lost loved ones in different types of accidents.
I also represent many local, state, and regional businesses in contract disputes and other business related litigation.
Likewise, I handle all types of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, divorce modifications, dependency cases, and all others.
I also help clients get through end of life decisions by creating estate plans to include last will and testaments, powers of attorney, and livings wills (health care directives).
Our firm helps clients start or purchase their own businesses by creating LLCs, and other types of corporate documents, including operating agreements and purchase sale agreements.
I am a member of the Alabama Bar and is licensed the practice in both State and Federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. In college I was a three time Certificate of Merit Winner for Academic Excellence and a two time All SEC Academic Award winner.
I also currently serve as a Director on the Board of the Alabama Golf Association and on the Board of Directors for the McClellan Development Authority (MDA). I have previously served on the board of the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce.
