A. Freeman Fite, IV

Mr. Fite was born in Anniston, Alabama and attended school at The Donoho School in Anniston, Alabama where he graduated from high school. He attended The University of Alabama on a golf scholarship where he received a B.S. in management, as well as attended law school at the University of Alabama, where he received his law degree. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in April 2008.

Since beginning his practice, he has concentrated his practice primarily in Calhoun County, Etowah County, St. Clair County, Cleburne County, and Talladega County. His main areas of practice are civil litigation issues involving personal injury, domestic relations, and business litigation. He handles all types of personal injury cases because everyone's injury is important. Likewise, we handle all types of famliy law matters including divorce, divorce modifications, depedency cases, and all others. 

He is a member of the Alabama Bar and is licensed the practice in both State and Federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. In college he was a three time Certificate of Merit Winner for Academic Excellence and a two time All SEC Academic Award winner. Freeman also currently serves as a Director on the Board of the Alabama Golf Association, the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce, and on the Board of Directors for the McClellan Development Authority (MDA).
