The FITE Law Firm

     Mr. Fite was born in Anniston, Alabama and attended school at The Donoho School in Anniston, Alabama where he graduated from high school.  He attend The University of Alabama on a golf scholarship where he received a B.S. in management, as well as attended law school at the University of Alabama, where he received his law degree.  He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in April 2008. 

     Since beginning his practice, he has concentrated primarily in the area of civil litigation involving personal injury, domestic relations, and some criminal law.  He is a member of the Alabama Bar and is licensed the practice in both State and Federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.  In college he was a three time Certificate of Merit Winner for Academic Excellence and a two time All SEC Academic Award winner.
